Cheapest Human-Hair Wefts/Tracks for Clip Ins?

   I have dark brown hair a little past my collar bone and I want to extend the length to about my elbows or a little shorter with dark brown and light ash brown wefts. Is that what you call it? No gluing or sewing... just going to be put in with a snap clip.

I've looked around on ebay and found a place that will sell a full set for like 60 bucks and then another 40 for the light ash brown streaks. (plus like 15-20 shipping) 

but i was just wondering if I could find a cheaper place online, under 100....

I know sallys has them for like 70 but i wanted to look aroud a bit more... thanks
