Yeah ridge.....it does but its hair 2 explain....cause u don't get that petroleaum feel in ya hair at all....and its MUCH healthier than any pomade or crap....it's 1 of tha best investments u can make as far as hair products are concerned

good question cash I woudlnt consider it a cc substitute when your hair is low but when you wolfen yes. Because when I get a cut and after I wash, I use cc first then brush it in, then add indian hemp. But after that fresh cut look wears off I only use indian hemp from there on. But to answer your question depending on your texture I consider it a cc substitute.
