what you mean there is stuff fallin out \???? but put alot of conditioner in it scrubb and wasj away... make sure it's all gone though!!! then it will be strait!!!

Rinse your brush out with a mild liquid soap.  It is probably dirty if you see "stuff" falling out.

That's probably it.  Since it's new, you might just have that new brush odor.
