There is a girl that I cut her hair often that wants to go lighter. She used Natural Instints Semi-Permanent hair color and likes it, but wants to go lighter, so she has asked me to do her hair permanently lighter. Should I wait until the Natural Instints has totally gone away or is it OK to do now? Please let me know soon. Use my email if you want to......
