Hey

I was wodnering, I had my hair bleached a while ago (6 monthsish maybe?) and have recently dyed it brown twice, but each time the brown just washes out (even though its permenant) and the blonde just returns.

Anyone have any ideas what is happenign and how I could get my hair to stay brown? Help greatly appreciated

Yep, you will have more luck keeping it brown when the bleached hair grows out completely and is cut off.  Bleaching hair opens up the hair shaft and makes it more porous, so dye goes in quicker, and also slides out quicker with washing, making darker dye over bleached hair fade quickly.
