well i am glad someone is talking about Elucence. is this product only for chemically treated hair or can you get good use for natural hair too.

I don't have the balm but I do use the moisture balance conditioner and I love it...from other forums alot of naturals love the mb conditioner because it makes detangling so easy :-)
