I had to bring my giraffe and my short fries for hair cuts. ( children lol). As I stood by the counter waiting to pay I notice this very striking european looking hairdresser who has black hair. I told her that almost all my childhood I wanted black hair and she has very beautiful hair. She said that she finally decided to go back to her natural color as two months ago it was blonde. She said it feels strange but the blonde color was hard to keep. I said that she was a very striking lady and made the right decision to go back to her natural hair color. Amazing how some people want to change their beauty thinking that they will be more beautiful in another color when they are striking already.

I agree, when I was a child, I hated my naturally red curly hair, and absolutely hated it when people commented on it. Now I understand why my mom never let me color it!

This seems to be true for everything in life, look at the Prince & the Pauper, one man`s junk is another man`s treasure. We always seem to want what we can`t have & don`t appriciate what we do. With hair everyone always seems to want to change it. It is a situation in life that we all face.
It`s just this human nature thing. The same goes for people (girls usually) that have curly hair, they want it straight and vice versa. If it`s long they want it short then get it cut and then want it long again. Humans eh, who`d have `em?
