Lace front top piece

I've been looking for a good lace frontal top piece and I found the following unit:

I don't have much of a basis of comparison, but it looks nice.  It also seems rather expensive.  I'm hoping someone who knows about lace frontals could take a look and give me their feedback on the quality and price.  Also, has anyone used this vendor before?

Finally, can the unit be attached by a method other than sewing it in?
