So, I was doing some research and I saw an old post about heating elite thermo at the "right" temperature. I have an FHI red ceramic curling irong that doesn't have a heat dial - it gets up to 410 degrees.

Is that too hot?

Thanks!!!

I bought an adjustable ceramic flat iron last night (just a $30 one from Conair) and it DEFINITELY makes a huge difference.  It left my elite thermo looking beautiful this morning - so soft! and no little burnings like my hot 410 degree FHI.
