i have shoulder length hair and its at a point where it does not curl in or out. and im wanting to cut it into a bob. dont know which one inverted, regular bob...IM CONFUSED...can you help me pick which one is better.Smile

I personally like the inverted, to me, a regular bob is kinda boring and outdated. The inverted bob is hip and young!

Well i would also agreed that the inverted bob is the now cut to have and the better style in my opinion.
 
Here is a pic or two, as you can see it can come in several lengths.  What length were you thinking about?
 
 Ok so the last ones buzzed at the nape, but i think it looks really sexy. Any of these take your fancy? If so let me know which ones and i will see if i can find some more pictures of that style for you.
