My Waves are Comming now!!!

I just started trying to get waves 1 week ago n i see them comming.  One of my Friends gets a tapper fade a 1 all over n u can see his waves is that possible for me to achieve

Don't get a cut that low cuz you just started brushin so your waves aren't trained yet. I'd say to go for a #2 wtg (with the grain)

Never go below a #2 wtg unless you want shadow waves.

Yeah, u gotta have ya hair pretty trained before u start cutting low and all that. If its not real trained, u'll cut it low and lose ur waves (IMO u lose them b/c only the top of ur hair is trained. Its now trained all the way to ur scalp, therefore u only have shallow waves, or waves towards the end/top of ur hair vs. waves through all of ur hair...hope I didn't confuse u) But once ur hair is trained better and waves a lil deeper, get the lowest cut u want to ur liking. I get #1 wtg and tapered all the time...Looks good to me but I got thick hair too....I've even gone below a 1 before (not much, bout .75) and still came out cool....Here a #1wtg/tapered

ok thanks i want shadow waves yah really do help me out a lot.  and i also have one more question about wearing du wrags or wave caps i hate wearing them because they put lines threw my forhead do i have to wear one  ??
