Hey everyone, im new here but have been looking at this forum daily for quite some time. I am looking at different options for installing extensions, and although i have already purchased a microlinks kit, i am worried they will be obvious.. does anyone have good pics of hair with microlinks with the hair parted, so i can see the installation? my hair is black so i was hoping the black microlink will be fairly invisible, but i am getting brightly coloured streaks still using black micro's to install them.. will these links be really visible?
 My hair is also extreamly thin, so im worried when i tie the hair back it will show through. my hair atm is only 4" long on top, so im want to have the extensions come up as high as possible!!
 
having second thoughs bout the whole thing working, as iv never done DIY b4 :(
 
any pics or advice would be great, ill make sure to post pics as soon as my extensions are in... on friday im hoping :)

I have a picture of trumpet tubes installed.  They are thinner then microlinks, but maybe it'll help you....

The streaks will probably look like they have a litle bit of black root at the top - generally only some one really looking for the links or up very very close will ever know they really are extensions.
