Hi, I'm new on this forum but not entirely to this website. My question is how would I tell my barber to cut my hair like this and later how would I style it like this. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

If your hair is curly like that, just bring the picture in, that's the best way to not mince words that can mean different things to different people.  All he has to do is cut it, and with naturally curly hair, it should come out looking like that. 

Curling it every day would be a pain though if your hair isn't naturally curly like that.  You may want to consider putting a perm in it so you don't have to use a curling iron or curlers every day (which are the only other ways to get it curly)
