Rapper Kanye West and world famous Stuntman Evel Knievel will attempt to settle a multi-million dollar trademark infringement lawsuit for the videoTouch The Sky.
The lawsuit, filed by Knievel late last year, claims Kanye infringed on Knievel’s trademarked name and said the “vulgar and offensive” images depicted in the video damaged his reputation.
“That video that Kanye West put out is the most worthless piece of crap I’ve ever seen in my life, and he uses my image to catapult himself on the public” said Knievel.
Accordint to Allhiphop.com, lawyers for the stuntman filed court papers announcing they will try to settle (enter mediation) before going to court.
