No, your crown shouldn't look like that. Try using your hand to swirl your pattern around. This should make it look like your hair is spinning outward from one spot.

I dont think hand swirl thing will work due to his hickness of hair but you can try it.Confused

The same thing used to happen to me...you just gotta brush your crown in a swirl. after doing this and using doo grow in that section you'll see some improvement.

Tallest???? Hmmmm. Confused  Not sure wat that means. Im still in the
process of wolfin. @ 5 weeks nah. Goin for 8.
 
@ KingCash. I thought i was brushin out from my crown
in a swirl. I think it may be due to the hard brush i been using
lately.

try usin the hard brush then the soft on your crown, I had the same problem but everything is copastetic now.

WOLFING COMPLETE = MY WAVES ARE UNTOUCHABLE

Try my crown method.  I'm hearing good things about crown improvements, using my method, on HB and 360.
