Hey everyone! I've always been a big time lurker of this board so I figured I'd post some pictures of me with my d-lux clip ins. I also have some pictures of me with some plastikhaar clip ins I did myself [IMG]http://talk.hairboutique.com/smileys/smiley36.gif" height="17" width="17" align="absmiddle" alt="LOL" />.

^^ they look a bit ratty there but I swear they're not! I had just got them and was afraid to brush them while they were in my head [IMG]http://talk.hairboutique.com/smileys/smiley36.gif" height="17" width="17" align="absmiddle" alt="LOL" />

^^ When my hair was loooong and blonde! Sadly, I ruined it with bleach but I'm growing it back out [IMG]http://talk.hairboutique.com/smileys/smiley1.gif" height="17" width="17" align="absmiddle" alt="Smile" />. It's made great progress since I dyed it back last November. So if anyone is currently going through a bleaching disaster, don't worry! There's hope if you are paitent [IMG]http://talk.hairboutique.com/smileys/smiley36.gif" height="17" width="17" align="absmiddle" alt="LOL" />. I miss my blonde locks but I'm going to try to grow it out a little more before going back to just blonde highlights (which is what I'm sporting in the picture). I swear, I'm always changing my mind about my hair [IMG]http://talk.hairboutique.com/smileys/smiley36.gif" height="17" width="17" align="absmiddle" alt="LOL" />[IMG]http://talk.hairboutique.com/smileys/smiley36.gif" height="17" width="17" align="absmiddle" alt="LOL" />[IMG]http://talk.hairboutique.com/smileys/smiley36.gif" height="17" width="17" align="absmiddle" alt="LOL" />[IMG]http://talk.hairboutique.com/smileys/smiley36.gif" height="17" width="17" align="absmiddle" alt="LOL" />

They look fantastic. Love the blonde streaks! With your skin tone you pull off dark or blonde very easily.

The Plastikhaar is the middle picture? Love that, too! I have some of the Deluxe Wave in my stash to try...this photo gives me the itch to put it in.

Great hair, disaster!

Simply marvelous!!! I don't know which looks better the black or blonde. Great tan by the way Smile.
Please, please, please do the platinum lace front with some weftsLOL. I'll pay for half of the lace frontal (at least up to $70Tongue) if you get it from My Mane Attractions, they're good and cheapLOL.

Thanks so much amm Smile! And yes, that's the plastikhaar. It's an icy blue color but the camera was crappy quality which is why it looks washed out.

Mshoney, you are insane girl LOL. What do you mean by lace with wefts? You mean not getting a full lace?

I AM THE SLOWEST TYPIST IN THE UNIVERSE AND I BECOME ILLITERATE WHEN I TYPE!!!LOL.

Yep, that's what Diva has in her hair ( that link I sent you the other day) and what I'm planning to get.
You have ALL of your hair braided, starting from the front going straight back. You have the lace frontal, it just covers the top of your hair and the first or first few rows of wefts, sew in close around your hairline and through out, and then you add the wefts to the back. All of your hair is covered so you don't have to bleach anything and you can still have platinum hair.

Omg Disaster Barbie!

Your blonde look is exactly what I am trying to acheive.

I am currently going through a bleaching tragedy myself and am throwing in the towel at all over bleach blonde and will do some highlights from now on!

My question is what is your natural color and what does your stylist/colorist do when she highlites your hair ie what color is your base and does she use all over highlights?

Please tell ...

BTW your hair looks awesome both ways -lucky girl!

Thanks

[: ! thank you thank you!

my natural hair color is dark brown. probabaly like a number 1b.  i first was getting a double process. my roots would be done a little  orangey looking and then i would get a full head of the lightest blonde highlights possible without damage. eventually i stopped the double process and would just get a full head of the highlights.

Also, can you add different colors underneath like brown? can you still wear the hair up?

Hey d-barb, I just ordered mine. What color blondes are in the third pic. Did you want to do those or platinum or one of each set?
