Does all hair eventually get split ends? What did women once do - there appear to have been historic periods when they did not cut their hair. Is it true that hair that has not been cut EVER stands less of a chance of getting split?

yes, alas split ends eventuallyl come. I assume that when women didn`t cut there hair, it was very fine and brittle. I have a friend who didn`t cut her hair for her entire life, and it was very limp, and shed all over the place. Then, this year, she cut it, and its really volumous and nice now. To make sure you don`t get split ends, make periodic appointments for haircuts, and make sure that your hair is moisturized.
Hope this helps!

Hair: It can make you happy, it can make you sad, but mostly it just allows you to spend some quality time with your mirror. :-)
