So I've been cutting my hair the same way for the past 10 years of my life, skin tappered on the sides and a number 2 on the top, really short crew cuts. But its about time for a change so I started to grow my hair out and I was wondering what would be a good hairstyle for me.

But im not sure how either of these would look on me or work with my facial structure, any suggestions as to what I should do? And if one of these would work how would I go about achieving the look?

I would go with the first picture of Matt instead of Hugh. Hugh's cut looks sort of.....old. I can't really tell how well it will work with your hair style, I know you would need to grow out the bang a few more inches and the rest needs to grow out as well.
