choose a color for me-PICS

What type of blonde would suit a fair but sallow skin tone? I look crap in anyhting orang-y, and thinking of ash highlights, but won't that make it seems more sallow? advice for blonde hilites pls

this is my pic. I'm Arab and as you can see I have dark eyes and my hair turns orange easily when stupid hairdressers do it. I actually managed to acheive an ash brown haircolor now after I decided to fix it myself after the hairdresser made it black (I don't have a picture of the color now, but it looks somewhat like the base color of the next pic-not mine but the other one under mine)

I would like to have my base color (i know its not very clear in the pic here)like this girl. The bae color isn't extremely dark, yet it looks natural with the blonde highlights. I managed to get my base color this way, even though the stupid hairdressers turned it orange and black! What I like about her hair (this pic) is that it looks natural-like children's hair. I'm obssessed with kids' hair-it looks like it has highlights, yet natural. That's the look I'm after. The base color isn't too many shaded lighter than my natural haircolor. The highlights obviously will have to be.

Just one more thing. Please no one tell me to stay natural or have caramel or dark highlights! Even orangish looks better on me. Everyone told me to go dark, my parents,friends...etc and when I did they all told me I looked like I looked better blonde. Not too blonde but highlighted blonde. So yes, I would like to have pics as in the highlights, but want to know what color.

I think I have a sallow skin tone, but I guess with make-up it looks more rosy. I almost always, even if I don't put any make-up at all, only apply natural looking blush which makes me look like I have naturally red cheeks, so I'm guessing maybe I should just choose a color that looks good with that. I'm confusing myself. Alright, I guess I just want an answer to those two questions:

What type of blonde looks good on fair sallow skin

and what blonde looks good on the pic of me I posted

I would go for ash blonde hi- lights, as your hair is pretty light, from what I can see in your pic.
