i am letting my hair grow so i can go back to natural w/my color....i am about 2-3 shades darker than roots....i am either going to highlightt or lowlight the gray.....what would take the shades eq out with the least amount of damage? i am going to go (or try to) without doing anything to my hair for awhile and let it heal up but i would like to know how to remove the redken shades eq if i get the notion. thanks
