iight my hair curlin up....is that potential waves when i get a cut
 
and is dry brushing a good way 2 develope waves

I wouldn't dry brush use the h20meth and make sure you durag and brush enough to help keep that curling down and when you get the cut your waves should look good brush to uncurl the curls into waves remember waves are straightened out curls
