o.k. this pic below...like i have this problem on both sides... i cant get no progress on the lil section above my hair line...it will not wave up for anything... any suggestions...and i been brushing my azz to...

You are going to have to wolf and when you get it cut don't get no type of fade on the sides and while wolfin use that doo-gro mega thick on the sides(on bottle it says works wonders on thinning edges and temples) so give it a shot

follow through with ur brush to the end of ur hairline
lol u probably already do that but yea
and theyll come in eventually
(i have waves all the way down to there, but i keep cutting it low there cause whn it gets long
u can see the waves when u look at me face to face
and i dont like that lol : /)
but wolf and brush em
and stop getting those tapers there

You gonna have to wolf a lil. Noones saying go for weeks on end I have the exact same problem as you but I wolfed once and the hair is a lil bit thicker. Also get higher cuts on ur sides.

just get a edge up, and trim like around the ears and in the back down to like a 3
 
like i fade around the ears, the temples the back, but not a bald fade, nahmean?

I've wolfed in school and still got compliments. Just make sure you keep a fresh line-up every two weeks.
