microtubes really hurting me

I just put in microrings last night and they are REALLY hurting me, it feels like my hair is being pulled out and it is so sore. I can barely brush my hair even when I hold my scalp where the microrings are.

Is this normal for the first few days?? Will it go away?

this is not normal and it should not feel like it is pulling, how far up did you put them?

It sounds like you may have installed them too close to your scalp. They should be about 3/8" away from your scalp and they should not feel like they are pinching or tight on your scalp.
 
Do you think this might be what happened? If so, you will need to loosen each link and gently slide it down a little until its at a length where there is no tension with your scalp. Also make sure you are using enough natural hair to apply the extension.

When I wear strands, my head is always sore for at least a few days.  If the soreness continues beyond that, you probably need to re-do it or adjust it.

I couldnt take it anymore...I had to take them out. I was also having a ton of problems with the hair that I bought. it was tangled soo much I couldnt get it out. I'm just going to play around with other methods
