The key would be to just go with individual strands along the hairline to get that long fringe effect. I do know that Ken Paves created a similar look for Marley Shelton some years back. It was when she had super short strands, really short. He did a lot of individual fusion strands all along the hairline to create an almost similar look.
You would need to be careful with placement so that fusion spots did not show through the hair along the top of the head.
There are so many experts here, I am sure they will have lots of great ideas.
Any other ideas? Please help.

I think Victoria's hair style is so cute! It works well for her. I will never cut my hair short again, but a style like that, I think it is called a Pob??? is the right blend of funky and sleek , imo. I had no idea that the front had extensions. Makes sense, though- it would enable her to have those wispy long parts.

Hi Sassy,
I love that....a POB. Where did you see that?
Images Below Of Victoria "Posh" Spice with "fringe extensions".
I am posting photos of Marley with her similar long hair extensions along just the front of her hair that I mentioned above.
Marley had a Mia Farrow look on the left and Ken Paves pieced individual fusion pieces all along the front to create a similar Posh Spice look.
It should be noted that this style was created by Ken for Marley in 2003. I interviewed him about how he did the style and he said he used pre-tipped tiny individual HH strands that were pre-dyed to match Marley's hair color. He said he was very concerned about the bonds showing through so he was extremely careful to make sure that they didn't show unless of course you lifted her hair to find the fusion bonds.
Ken also created a similar "banged" looked for Ashlee Simpson when she was on Seventh Heaven and needed "instant bangs". That was before her reality show. Also, a note of trivia....Ashley does NOT like to admit when she is wearing hair extensions.
