hi guys....ok, i am growing out my natural hair....i would say my natural is 2 shades lighter than the red color i have on it now....i don't want to have a light band growing and have darker ends.  i am growing out natural color because it is a nice color, i colored to cover gray...i figure i can highlight the gray and keep natural color.  what would be the best way of lightening my hair 2-3 shades.....getting a high lift color or doing the old bleach routine?  wonder how long i would have to leave the bleach on for 2 shades of lift?  rebekah?  anyone?
