NicoleHeart You need to post pictures!
I agree with Ms. Honey, you should cut your losses now (no pun intended with that handtied) remove your install and get hold of some tape. Look at some of the tape demos and you'll have a good install. It's always a matter of practice.

You're welcome Oh So Sassy!
Here is the glue I use:
I think it's pretty much the same stuff than the glue you find at cvs, but I keep using this one because I know it works great to seal ends.

Ok. Why do you use the tape method with the LG? Does it hold better? I just used the LG and two days later, I am noticing parts lifting. I shampooed twice and did not condition before my install, yet today I had my wefts no longer attached at the front. There is also a place in the back where it has lifted. I am so frustrated because the hair is so great and the LG is not holding.

Hi Nicole, I use the tape/LG combo becuase it adds a couple of extra weeks hold for me. Although I can do tape or LG alone and easily get 5 weeks +.

Did you use enough LG? Did you do the 'sandwich' method? Plus I find that if I do the liitle tabs at the edges of each piece it prevents the ends from lifting (If I skip this the ends will lift) Shown here:

It is so funny...I teach HS English,

Off topic, but I just had to comment. My daughter will be going to college next fall and she plans to be a HS English teacher. I think HS has to be the most difficult, but thats what she wants to teach!

Sherrie, she will love teaching HS English. Actually, I am in Austin now working with TEA(our state education agency) creating new tests. My students think I am off playing:) We finished early, so I am back in my room reading all of the posts...woo hoo! I absolutely love my job because of the kids. 160 17 year olds will definitely keep you on your toes. She will not regret her decision except when she assigns essaysDead.

Tell her to tough out her first two years of college because it will have little to do with teaching, but the last two years will be very informative.

It has been about a week since my install and the hair is still soft. I will post pics this weekend hopefully. I need to find a tutorial to see how to post pics.

The hair holds curl very well. I do not add products to the extension hair, only to the scalp area. This is usually a root boosting product. I am trying to wash my hair every other day. I will wear it down one day and then curl it and wear it in a pony tail the next day. Sometimes I curl it with a curling iron and other times, I curl it with a flat iron.

Basically this ramble is to reinforce that the quality of the hair is good and the price was reasonable.

Frenchie, the color I bought was the lightest they had in the 22 inch. It was darker than what I normally wear, but my hair has quite a few shades of blonde, so it still blended. It was so weird that the Monday after I did my new install, my Principal commented that I colored my hair. He is about 65. I was astonished that he noticedLOL Nothing wrong with the whole 65 thing and all....my Dad is 63 and would NEVER have noticed my hair was colored a shade darker. Heck, I don't even know if he knows my hair is a foot longer than it's ever been, lol. JK
