Yes, I have them now. I recently wanted a slight change to my all-one-length-to-the-shoulders hair.
I was getting bored. (I also added a few bangs)
I love it! I can do several different styles with it. Plus, my hair is wavy so when I dry it straight, then just put a few curls in the front with curling iron it holds curl & looks different every time I style it. I even flip up the ends for a variation.
The only draw back is now that it is summer (in Texas) I put my hair up a lot and so it means adding a few pins here & there to hold the shorter front layers. But, on the whole that is a minor negative to me. I like the cut. If your looking for a change, its a good one without losing length!!

I have them now. I love them. The shortest is right above my chin and my longest layer, in the back, skims my collar bone. I`m trying to grow my hair longer and it`s a nice way to do it. I can still do so much with my hair. Right now I flip the ends up.

When he first cut it the shortest layer was to my nose, but now it is just above my chin. (Another plus is it grows out well).
I didn`t have him cut layers in the back at all, but now when taking so long to blow dry, I kinda wish I would`ve got some long layers in the back. This would also help when/if you flip up the ends.
SO, that is something to consider.

be careful not to get the layers cut too short the first time. It may drive you insane to have hair on your face and it`s a pain to clip back. You can always go shorter a second time.
