QuoteReplyTopic: Hair Loss after SURGERY Posted: October 02 2007 at 1:33pm
I had a seven hour open heart surgery where they actually froze my body and rebuilt my aorta (second heart surgery) on may 2 ,2007. In mid July I noticed my hair thinning and falilng out in the shower. This has continued for 2 months and my thick curly hair is half its normal volume. I have changed my statin medication from vytorin to crestor with no change in hair loss. I have read about telogen effluviam and see some people here have had it too. I am about to start using NIOXIN shampoo and scalp system. I would appreciate any more stories or suggestions similar or related to mine. Should I order a wig.? How long will this last? Thanks.
thanks to all for helping...

Just imagine if there was a cure for hereditary Hair Loss that you
could make at home within 10 minutes with some plants and roots that
probably grow in your own garden or that can be purchased at the
supermarket for $1.00!!!
