You can ask your question anywhere on the forum and helpful people will try to answer you. William answered questions on the hair color forum here, but I do not know if he is still here or not. If your question was on hair color, you can try to go to the Hair Color forum (go to "forum jump" at the bottom of this page, and scroll down until you see "hair talk" then "hair color") and write "Attn: William" in the subject of your post and see if he answers. If he does not, maybe someone else can help you.

Hello there, I am not sure I know how to use this website. They were so many places to go... I saw some messages written to "William" about hair color and he was giving advice. How can I write to him too? No body had my hair color "Black" so I could not use any of the advice given.
