Would you all consider this medium or light brown?  I want her haircolor, but I'm not sure which shade to get.  I'm naturally medium neutral brown, but i have blonde highlights right now.  I want to switch to all over coloring to save money and so i can do it at home.  Any suggestions?

If you are going to a colorist to get it done, bring this picture with you. 
 
If you are considering doing it yourself, then you'll need to experiment with several strand tests to see what dye to use.

It looks med. brown to me.Make sure u don't get too dark of a color.The color always is darker than what's on the box.I'd get a light brown just to be safe.

so maybe a light copper brown?

I wouldn't go for a copper brown...that might be too red.  A neutral brown might just add enough red for you...
