Well,no shampoo really helps your hair grow.At least not that I know of.

I think Garnier Fructis is good though. It claims to make hair up to 5Xs stronger.Whether or not this is true,I dont know, but when I use it my hair sheds less,so I can only assume it is stronger and has less breakage.

I was told NIOXIN helps hair grow, but I dont think it helps it grow any faster. It is mostly for people with thinning hair.

Shampoo is known to contain many harsh chemicals which can actually damage your hair, suprisingly!!

The best option I can offer is using those natural shampoos - 100% free of harmful ingredients found in normal shampoos. If you look on a typical shampoo bottle, you will see the endless list of things in the shampoo...you should be able to realise how many chemicals are in them.

So yeah, opt for a natural shampoo. You may not get the same shine or w/e as you do when you use normal shampoo, but your hair will be alot healthier, meaning it will grow much better. Thumbs%20Up

JASON has a great line of shampoos and conditioners and they are organic.  I am using the Biotin shampoo and I love it!  I have also used the Aloe Vera shampoo and it was good.  I like the Biotin better (smells really yummy)

washes out great and leaves my hair feeling very smooth.  when I finish the JASON I am going to try Yes To Carrots - also organic
I am at 32"
