Long Hair Help

hi. live in Mumbai. i am 23 years old.i have beem growing my hair since a year and hair are grwon till my shoulder,,,even longer than that.i want to make them in shape very soon.

but from last month i am noticing haifall. every couple of days i found lots of hair on my hair brush.

anyone could suggest me the trearment for long hairs. i mean how frequently to use shampoo, conditioner etc.
