step by step wave guide?

CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT THEY DO LIKE STEP 1 WAKE UP WASH HAIR BRUSH MOISTURIZE THEN DO RAG FROM MORNING TILL NIGHT WHAT YOU DO HOW LONG YOU BRUSH AND HOW OFTEN.?

360 Wave Methods
Do these methods at different times depending on the type of hold or softness that you desire. Remember, always use a du-rag for at least 30 mins after these methods. 1 hour for the Pomade method. Never go to sleep without a durag.

Method #1: The H2o Method
Pretty self explanatory. Get a source of water and put it on your head and brush until dry. Repeat 2-3 times.

Method #2: Moisturizer Method
Do the H2o Method. While hair is still damp, apply some Pink Lotion, Carrot Creme or Olive Creme. Use about 2 fingertips worth. Rub in With the Grain and brush for 2-3 mins.

Method #3: Light Grease Method
Do the H2o method. While hair is still damp, apply some Indian Hemp, Coconut Oil, Lets Jam or Doo Gro (Blue). Use about 2 fingertips worth. Rub in With the Grain and brush for 2-3 mins.

Method #4: Pomade Method (Do this in the shower.)
Wet your hair and brush in the shower. After a couple minutes of brushing get your hair as wet as possible. Apply a finger tips worth of pomade to your hair. Brush it in for 1 minute. Put a Du-rag on and wet your head in the shower.

Shower:
I usually shampoo and rub my head wildly to get all of the shampoo working in to the grease. Leave that in for 2 mins then brush while rinsing out. Then I put in some conditioner, and let that sit for 2-3 mins. Thn put on some Pink Lotion and brush that in for 30 secs. Then brush while rinsing out.
