Burdock Root Oil, Nettle Root Oil and Sulfa 8?

     Has anyone heard of burdock root oil (bur oil) or nettle root oil?  I heard its great for growing your hair and also for dandruff.  If so are these only at a health store because no beauty supply has heard of it?  

   Is it true that sulfa 8 helps with hair growth?  If its true, how do you apply it , to the scalp only or to both the scalp and hair?  How many times a day,week or month do you apply it?
