The Big Two Oh

Well guys in celebration of my BIG TWO OH, I thought I would make a thread. I know everyone on this site loves to brush and always claims people should brush for hours or more than 1000 times per side. I brush for 15-20 minutes a day, correctly (from my crown, with the spiral). I have been doing this brushing/wave experiment for about two years. I have a solid 360 wave pattern, it could be better, that I am working on. My theory is that brushing 15- 20 minutes a day correctly is better than conduct a four hour brushing cycle. Do you all share this same assumption??? Also I maintain a healthy lifestyle: exercise regularly, healthy eating, positive attitude, and conduct proper hygiene maintenance daily.

Hey off topic for a sec. Did you guy hear about that 13yr old girl that commited suicide???

yeah true... if someone brushes 4 hours a day correctly then they should be spinning in a week... lol if they brush each side 1 hour a piece... i can get almost 100 strokes in in a minute... and if you multiply that by 60 (which equals 1 hour)  you will have 6,000 stokes per side... that's a hell of alot... lol

What I was basicly saying was that all that brushing does nothing. That is what I was thinking
