Hi Everyone!
I am not really particular about hair because a used to work for a
multinational company under as brand promoter under their skin division. Hence,
I am more particular with my skin than my hair.
However, my fiance asked me to resign to help him in our in managing the two
salon branches given by his parents. So I try to research about hair and even
made website about it to help promote the "hair services" of their
salons in our country. The entire chain is really earning money but the
branches given to us are really dying!!! Hence, I need help on what services
and promotions we have to offer to our customer so we can rescue the salons
before we get married on May next year!

Any clue why they are dying? (Cheaper big corporations with salons move too close? Neighborhood dying out (other stores nearby closing)? Are the colorists and hairdressers there doing a good job, or getting lots of complaints? Figuring out why they are dying will help you take steps to fix the problem. Promotions are nice...but you have to have comparable prices to other places, or either really do a much better job than they do.
