how long to wait?

I wanted to get platinum blonde hair so I bleached my dark ash blonde level 7 hair with drugstore brands 3 times in one week (can't remember brands but all different) looked horrible and ended up getting lowlights all over and tons of layers to chop off my fried hair and the color is worse than it was to begin with.  I did this 1 month ago.  When can I get bright highlights again?  Before Christmas I am hoping but will hold off if I must.  Any advice is greatly appreciated!!
