I need help with hair sticks!

Hey everyone,

I recently purchaced a set of plastic ad a set of wooden hair sticks as I *sort of* figured out the trick to putting up my hair with them, but the problem is I am a dancer and the sticks start falling out after only a few minutes. I can`t have them in too tight because I need to move my head a lot.

Is there any way to secure them without them pulling on hair so I can dance?
