can i use hair from my weft for shrinkies? like cut off the hair from the weft and bond them to my hair using the shrinkie bead?

You can use wefted hair, but first you'd need to tip it with some keratin.  Otherwise if you place loose hair in a shrinkie, it will all shed out quickly.
