where's the best place to buy shrinkies?

I don't know what's the best per say, but I've just tried some of Dockered Locks new hotties, which are just like the shrinkies but have a thicker wall and more adhesive inside them than a regular shrinkie, They are holding fantastic, and aren't too bad in price. Alot of people get theirs from shrinkies.net, I also have some of them to try out yet, so personally I don't know how they are compared to the hotties.
