QuoteReplyTopic: How to contact YourHairShop Posted: December 08 2007 at 5:01pm
I sent them 2 emails asking about their one-piece clip-ins & I never heard back from them. I don't see any phone no. listed on their website. It's ridiculous!! The email address I sent it to was info@yourhairshop.com. Has anybody ever contacted them & had luck with it?

I have in the past. I've ordered from her a number of times and always received everything quickly. I don't know why sometimes vendors don't return emails.

I am sorry to hear about your experience. It seems like sometimes a person just has bad luck with a particular vendor even if others have had good luck. I know I have always had great service with Kristin, but, another vendor from this board I have had horrible luck with while others had good luck.
I am not sure what else to tell you other than maybe it is not meant to be that you order from her?

The same thing happened to me as well. After I ordered I had a question/problem with someone and wanted to ask her about it. E-mailed 4 times with-in 3 weeks. Ample time to respond I thought. Been a month and a half now and nothing. So I gave up! lol

Well, I wanted to ask about the texture of the 'Silky Straight one-piece clip-ins'. I bought a silky straight hair from another vendor which was REALLY very nice when I first got it. After washing it, it curled up & ended up wavy when dry (I've silky straight hair). I don't want to go through the same thing & waste another $200. Also wanted to ask what type of hair it is (European Remy, Indian Hair etc). If anybody has any feedbacks, I'd really appreciate it.

Hey Tezzet, my guess about the texture would be that when you wash it and let it air dry it will have a slight wave. A quick once over with the flat iron will get it silky straight again. Since it's a clip in piece you won't have to wash it as much (depending on how often you wear it) and it's easy to go over it quickly with a flat iron. I'm not saying it will definitely have a wave but if it does it would be a really loose wave, if that.
As for the origin of the hair... I'm really not sure. My guess would be Asian hair.

My exerience with Kristin has always been postive. I am an online vendor and I will add email isn't a perfect science...don't assume because you sent one it was received or that because you didn't receive one she didn't reply. You are right, a phone # would be nice to avoid frustration.
