I just had my nails taken off! I haven`t gotten around to wraps, as my nails are fairly strong (thank god.).

Anyway, 2 of my best friends now have wraps.

Infills: Yes, you do need infills
Looking after: It`s exactly the same as having acrylic nails with wraps. Same care etc.
Best types: Depends. Silk/gel are a lot less harsher on your nails. But not as strong as acrylic.

Choice is yours! Good luck.

It`s a lack of protein that makes hair go white/grey
