YAY! I achieved my hair goal for 2007, to go from a little below my shoulders to a about 4 inches of of being to my bra strapStar. Now my goal for 2008 is gonna be definetly get my hair to reach bra strap to a little over mwhahahaha! Tongue
 
p.s. Oh yeah, I included a pic so you guys could see it lol.

Helo! I'm a newbie. My hair is completely damaged and broken off in patches, what's your advice. Is there a regimen you can recommend

Yep I went through that same thing.Dead What I did was tried to relax my own hair with a cheap relaxer and the whole back fell off. What I did was got all the damaged parts cut of which my hair was really short after that (talk about bowl cut to the eyes) then I stopped relaxing my hair for 6 months, the only treatment that I got was a deap condition and wash. I started wrapping my hair at night as well as using biosilk hair oil to keep in nice and shiny and moistrized. thats about it and after that its been growing ever sinceWink. Hope that helped a bit. :)
