You bought handtied wefts. Which come in shorter width sections, rather than one long track. You can sew them together or glue them together. Sewing them together would last longer. How do you plan to install them? You probably wouldnt want to sew all eight pieces together into one single track, as it would be very bulky and alot of weight on the hair its attached to. Alot of people do double the wefts and I frequently triple the handtied wefts.

I use the zig zag stitch on my sewing machine to sew both hand tied and also machine wefted hair together.  I stagger the wefts, meaning sew one just slightly below the other one to help eliminate bulk.  It really doesn't take too much time and is very secure.

Yeah, the sewing with a zig zag stitch works very well on either machine or hand tied.  I do this to all my wefts.
