I have a GF, 2 sisters, amd a mom and they all seem to bring up the fact that I focus on my hair more than them. Has any female ever said that to you?

yeah i was told that when i was at the beginning stages of getting waves.  nowadays i don't worry about my hair as much as i use to since i know that if it starts lookin rough and nappy, i can fix it in 5 minutes or less

but my mom and sister use to have arguments about me being in the bathroom all the time lookin at my hair. i've gotten to the point where the most brushing i do is at night before i go to sleep and when i wake up

ha same here. I still look at my hair using a handheld mirror and the medicine cabinet, but no more hoggin tha bathroom.

haha, this is a funny thread..as much as i would to relate to this, i kinda keep everything well-rounded from head to toe wit the grooming and hygiene. But the key is to make it look like it's all effortless.

Just this past Christmas break, me and my cousin had to sleep in the same room. And i would put on moisturizer, brush 100 times each side, then put on LJOT and brush with a soft brush, then du-rag for the night.
My cousin would be like
 
"why u brushin yo hair so damn much?"
"Cause it takes time and dedication to get waves"
"Dedication my ass, puttin all this grease and sh*t in yo hair, startin to act like a little Bi-Yatch"
Some times i just wanted to say "f**k you" to him
He can laugh now, but by this time next year gonna be spinnin.
