hair help plz

 cut my hair with a razor then got it lined up and then i let m hair grow back and it wasn't growing right so i went bald and still it didn't grow back right it like i have parts on the side of my head that werent there before and and i have ALOT OF BABY HAIRS ON MY HEAD IT DOESN'T SEEM MY HAIR IS GROWING BACK AND MY SCALP IS DRY AND HOW DO I MAKE THE PARTS GO AWAY I NEVER HAD PARTS IN MY HEAD AND NOW I DO. IT LIKE MY HAIR IS GOWING FROM THE PART.

Sounds like your hair went into shock.

It should only be cut with professional sizzors (sp.)

If I were you, I would apply MTG over those bald spots and wear a baggy and a wig or quick weave on top for about a month.
