hours of brushing v.s mins of brushing

i been around the block waving off and on and i noticed something. When i first started out i brushed like a mad man n achieved 360s in the time period of 6 months. I started over but i brush a couple mins a day and i seen the same results. Dont get it twisted am not tryna be up hear n front like i know everything about waves. am just peeping ya'll my experience and wanted to know how you guys feel about this
