guys i need some advise badly

i posted that ireceived my hair extensions from glamour hair and they are not chocolate brown like i was told they were.more like a chocolate brown with burgandy very faint though. i was told here not to color them.so what else can i do?i dont want to color my hair.its so damaged.i cant send those stupid extensions back.as you know once you buy them you cannot return.i already e-mailed her.so what is another option?how about if i put a color deposit shampoo or something like that too lighten them up.i know of course i will probably lose the curl in them.what a rip oof. thanx guys

I thought it was their mistake sending you such a dark color?

You can also blend it with a lighter color weft. That usually helps a lot. Maybe buy some hair that matches yours  and use most of that dark hair for the bottom tracks.
