As most of you know I had alot of hair loss thith latex glue. The bak of my hair is virtually gone on the bottom. I have tried GL that left damage, Sew in weft which my hair wouldn't hold, micro links which again didn't hold in my hair for more then a week. I am debating if maybe I sould do a few strands of GL or so cap or something to get some of the lost hair back, not a full head just in the back and lowe level on the sides, or should i just leave it alone?

Currant method Hair locs.

So, did you only try sew ins one time and they slipped? I wonder if you should try someone else? Meet the braider first and show her your hair and make sure she knows not to braid too tight.

Also, the tape method sounds really gentle. Maybe you should try that first.

Oh, okay so you did try other braiders...hmmmmm
Yeah, give the tapes a try. I honestly think they're more gentle than most
of the brand name methods.

The wefts would give you more coverage. If you hair is thin or damaged individual strands may not be a good option.

If I were you I would leave your hair alone until it regains its strength.
