I just used it and it took all the red out my hair  I am so  happy.  Even the  highlights  I had put in my hair  in  July  of 2007 are back  which is okay.  I  don't know how much my hair is lightened  because  my hair is  still wet   I have conditioner  in my hair  I will post later  how much it  lightened my hair._popupControl();

I love Color Oops too. Just be careful when applying a toner not to use an ash tone since it makes your hair take the color ashier than normal.

Color Zap
Color Fix
Color Oops

Any difference?

I'm trying to take brown out to put red back in. LOL

Not sure,but some people here seem to like color zap and color fix better then color oops because it is stronger and doesnt smell as bad.Color oops is pretty new,I think it just came out a few months ago.
